不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜的工作原理就是兩種或兩種以上介質(zhì)在一定的溫度下伴隨攪拌進(jìn)行某種反應(yīng),如不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)部物料的溫度控制不好,會(huì)大幅度降低生產(chǎn)率甚至報(bào)廢整個(gè)釜內(nèi)物料,那么如何檢測(cè)不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)物料溫度并且對(duì)其加以控制呢?
檢測(cè)方法:可以用PT100溫度計(jì),用密封的不銹鋼管子插入斧內(nèi),管子里加進(jìn)去一些導(dǎo)熱油,把溫度計(jì)塞到導(dǎo)熱油以下就可以,不會(huì)有太大的誤差的。
溫度過高的控制
1、停止加熱:通過電器控制箱上的溫度顯示儀表及報(bào)警器可方便、快捷地判斷出不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)部物料的溫度情況,當(dāng)溫度過高時(shí),電器控制器按設(shè)定的程序自動(dòng)地停止某組電加熱器的工作,將溫度保持在恒定的范圍內(nèi)。
2、啟動(dòng)釜內(nèi)的冷卻盤管:釜內(nèi)的冷卻盤管一般作為冷卻用,如當(dāng)檢測(cè)到不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)部物料的溫度可能很高時(shí),及時(shí)啟用內(nèi)部冷卻盤管,并加大冷卻水的流量,及時(shí)有效地降低不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)部物料的溫度。
3、持續(xù)攪拌。
溫度過低時(shí)的控制
啟動(dòng)剩余加熱器:通常情況下,在不銹鋼反應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)與制作中會(huì)為用戶考慮到,生產(chǎn)過程會(huì)更換不同的物料,不同物料的理化特性不同,加熱效果也不同,因此會(huì)相應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加加熱器的功率,根據(jù)不同的物料進(jìn)行選擇,當(dāng)溫度過度低時(shí),啟用剩余加熱器便可。
